Holidays require a 3 minimum stay and Merlefest  requires a 4 night minimum stay. Sorry, none of our homes allow smoking. 50% of rental due upon reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival, balance is refundable, deposit is not refundable, linens and paper products provided.
