CANCELLED – Leatherwood Mountain Challenge 25/50 Endurance Ride
We passed our November 1st deadline in hopes to make the entry numbers work for us financially. The entries have fallen short and we do not feel comfortable proceeding with the ride with the short fall. Sadly we are going to have to cancel. In years past we have shouldered the financial burden if we did not make our quota but we are not in a position to do so this year. We hope to find a date for 2026 that might be more accessible and provide a higher turnout. We wish only the best to our AERC friends and family and will miss you November 15th.
Thank you for your patience as we begin issuing refunds for entries fees. If you have paid for your stall and camp sites and wish to still come to trail ride or train please let us know as we will be open for regular business.
