The uncovered porch faces East, has an outdoor dining set for four, and a propane grill.

Our neighborhood is very safe and our property is secluded. For added peace of mind, there are security cameras by the gated entrance and common areas. Individual properties may also have cameras on the EXTERIOR of homes. Please be assured they are not directed at private areas, hot tub, porches, etc.
